Interesting timing and publicity

Al Jazeera English - Middle East

It is very interesting time when El-Zawahiri appears on TV and says another one of his speeches calling Hamas to leave the democracy and go back to war and Jihad

It is very interesting because it comes immediately after the wonderful speech Ismail Hania, the Palestinian Prime Minister said last night , a speech that exposed lots and lots of absent truth and proved that Hamas really wants to do something democratically

 I got those remarks

  1. Who said that elections are made on a secular base ?? I am sorry but what is the vision of elections Dr El-Zawahiri wants? I won't call it the Islamic , because Islam calls for dialogue ,for democracy and for elections , and it is enough that all those followed prophet Mohamed "PBUH" were chosen on similar elections secular system from 14 centuries ago in Arabia
  2. That's too fast to issue a recorded video message and sent it to Al-Jazeera , in less than 24 hours from Hania's speech , it seems to me that wherever he stays in Dr El-Zawahiri got a satellite TV

Hamas is not a terrorist organization as the west thinks and the Israel with the United States want the people to believe so , they are not terrorists ,yet I am afraid with the Al-Qaida productions ,westerns will think there is a connection but the Al-Qaida and Hamas and that Hamas is just another subsidiary to Al-Qaida which is a total nonsense

  1. Just in case you didn't know, Salafi-Jihadists (and most Salafis/Wahhabis in general) oppose the very idea of elections and see democracy as a western-made philosophy that is against 'Tawhid' because it the rule of the 'people' not the rule of 'God', some of them even say that 'Shoura' isn't obligatory to rulers. So these statements by El-Zawahiri come as no surprise to me.

  2. Well you know I once heard this from someone before but I didn't think it is a belief they believe ,I know that sofi people believe in that , but also the Wahhabis!! may be that's why the family of Al-Soud are happy with them

  3. I think it'd be useful if you get the 'Islamist Movements Guide' published by Ahram Strategic Studies Center. It's rather an encyclopedia about the Islamist movements around the world, and has special sections on Jamaah Islamiyah, Egyptian Islamic Jihad, and of course AlQaeda.
It provides an overview of the beliefs and ideology embraced by these groups.
